Councils and housing associations put out contracts every week that firms like yours could deliver. Most go to whoever had the time to fill in the forms.
Covering South Wales: Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Carmarthenshire. Contracts usually between £20,000 and £300,000.
You stay on site. We do the searching, the reading and the writing.
Every weekday we check Sell2Wales, Find a Tender and housing association portals for new contracts.
Only contracts that match your trade, size and area, with the deadline and what they're asking for in plain English.
Your insurance, health and safety policy and a few past jobs, at least 10 days before the deadline.
We draft every answer against the scoring sheet. You check it, add your price and submit it from your own account.

No, and anyone who says they can isn't being honest. What we can do is make sure every answer hits what the council is scoring, so your price is the only thing left to decide.
You do, from your own account on the portal. The declarations in a tender are legally your company's, so the final click stays with you.
Many public contracts ask for it, and most of the firms we work with are. If you're a sole trader, still get in touch and we'll tell you which contracts are realistic.
Not always. Most smaller contracts ask for insurance and a health and safety policy. We'll tell you exactly what each tender wants before you commit.
About an hour per bid: a short call, sending us your documents, and checking the draft. We write the rest.
Yes. Bids can be written in English or Welsh, whichever you and the buyer prefer.
I'm Tyler Baldwin, based in South Wales.
I've spent over ten years working in councils, so I know how public bodies think, what worries them, and what they want to read in a bid.
Contract Ready is new. I'm taking on a small number of firms so each one gets proper attention.
